SSMS TIGER DADS
SSMS Tiger Dads are important positive male role models.
Tiger Dads are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, or other father figures who volunteer their time at Sycamore Springs Middle School.
SSMS Tiger Dads program underscores the importance of positive male role models for our students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. In addition, the extra sets of eyes and ears enhance school security and reduce bullying. Tiger Dads are invited to collaborate, inspire, build, empower, create, teach, learn, and have fun with our students.
The safety of all students and staff is a priority of Dripping Springs Independent School District.
Our district requires individuals ON CAMPUS to have a background check and criminal history record on file.
Prior to your first Tiger Dad volunteer opportunity, print and complete the form and return it to SSMS front office. Forms are also available in SSMS front office. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
Tiger Dads (and all campus visitors) must enter SSMS campus through the main doors of the front office. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a driver's license for identification purposes and issued a visitor's badge upon system approval.
