STUDENT/TEACHER GRANTS

SSMS PTA's objective is to help provide the success of both staff and students.

We know you have great ideas to make the SSMS community MORE! This form is to be used by SSMS students to request PTA funds for student-led programs and initiatives. All requests will be reviewed by our principal and the executive board of the PTA on a monthly basis.

Teachers must be PTA members AT SSMS, students must either be a PTA member or have a PTA member in their household in order to receive funds.
You can join the SSMS PTA at joinpta.org. Additionally, students must have a teacher or staff sponsor that is also a PTA member.

Be sure to answer all the questions below COMPLETELY and if you need more room, you can upload a file below including any graphics or presentations that might be helpful!

Grant ideas that make it out of committee will go before the general membership. The lead applicant and any group members will give a short presentation and answer any questions from PTA members at a meeting (usually a Friday before school).  If you have any questions about this form, or the process, please email president@ssmspta.org. We are excited to hear your ideas and see how we can partner together to be MORE!
